How to obtain a plot
We try our best to allocate available plots as fairly as possible...
We have a short waiting list of would-be allotmenteers and plots are generally allocated from the top of the list. We are of course a local community group and hope that would-be applicants are from the "general" area (Perhaps within a 5-mile radius of Dudleston Heath) but this would not be an essential requirement.
We have a few "Rules & Regulations", which you would be expected to comply with in full...they are there so that we all can "enjoy" our allotments. We also have to consider local residents and the nearby recreational facilities. The rules would be explained to you fully before you commit.
We would suggest that you contact us regarding a plot and have your name added to our list ASAP to avoid disappointment. Your expression of interest will of course not be binding and you are free to decline an allotment offer if you have a change of heart.
Fees are currently paid annually: (April to March)
Rates are Subject to Change (Review due March 2011)
Full Plot (10 Meters X 20 Metres) = £50
Half Plot (10 Metres X 10 Metres) =£25

Expansion for Spring 2010
Our allotment ground is owned by Criftins Parish Hall...The committee members have been very supportive over the last 12months and have now agreed to allow the creation of further allotments plots on the adjacent triangular field. (Phase 2)
We have no details of plot layouts/positions at present...but we hope to provide a number of Half & Full Plots...largely depending on new members requirements/preferences. (If you would be interested in one of our new plots...please read below.)
